Susana's love for balloons began when she decorated for personal special occasions. One of her most rewarding roles has been as a local store marketer for Texas Roadhouse. Her strengths include customer service, customer engagement, and creative design. These abilities have allowed her to create memorable experiences for guests and foster strong community relationships.
Her marketing experience is one of her greatest assets for providing exposure to companies seeking a grand opening. No matter the occasion, her attention to detail and creative approach make her designs stand out.
Additionally, Susana speaks English and Spanish fluently. Throughout her life, she has kept Christ at the center of her existence. The ups and downs she has experienced have only made her more determined to uplift others and help them create beautiful memories for all the special moments in their lives.
